数据保留政策
服务提供商基于实现所述目的的必要性保留个人数据：
- 用户提供的数据：除非法律要求更长的保留期限，否则将保留至您使用本应用程序之时以及之后的 12 个月。
- 自动收集的数据：自收集之日起最多保留 24 个月，除非法律法规要求更长的保留期限。

This Privacy Policy applies to the Lite PDF Compress application on mobile devices and any related services operated by MoreToolsHere (collectively, the "Application"). MoreToolsHere is referred to herein as the "Service Provider".

When you download and use this Application, it collects information. This information may include:

- The Application pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The mobile operating system you use

This Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain your consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to delete your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send important information, necessary notices, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.
Information You Provide
To enhance your experience with this Application, the Service Provider may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information requested by the Service Provider will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the manner described in this Privacy Notice.

Please note that this Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies regarding data processing. Below are the third-party service providers used by this Application:

Disclosure of Information
The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- When the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- With trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider, who do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and who have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Notice.
Opt-Out Rights
You may stop all collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Once uninstalled, the Application will stop collecting data from your device, but it will not automatically delete information already transferred to the Service Provider or third parties.

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains personal data as necessary to fulfill the purposes described:
- User-provided data: Retained for as long as you use the Application and for 12 months thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Automatically collected data: Retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulation.
- Aggregated and anonymized data: Retained indefinitely, as it no longer identifies you.
- Data required to comply with legal obligations: Retained as required by applicable law.
You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligations to retain that data. If you wish the Service Provider to delete user-provided data submitted through the Application, please contact wangyili@zhiyunjingzhun.com. Please note that certain user-provided data may be necessary for the proper functioning of the Application.
Children
This Application is not intended for children under the age of 16, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children.
If parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application will not be used without that consent. The Service Provider will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 in violation of applicable law. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child has provided personal information, it will immediately delete that information from its servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided personal information to the Service Provider, please contact the Service Provider at wangyili@zhiyunjingzhun.com so that necessary actions can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider takes the confidentiality of your information very seriously. The Service Provider employs physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law, including, where necessary, providing information about the nature of the breach and the measures taken to address it.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, the Service Provider will notify you by posting the updated Privacy Policy and indicating the effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will obtain your consent before material changes take effect.

Your Consent
Where data processing is based on your consent, you indicate your consent by expressly opting into the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw your consent at any time, but this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases will proceed as described above.
